Refund & Cancellation

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only processed if the generated report is technically defective or blank. Due to the digital nature of our personalized products, we cannot offer refunds for "change of mind" once the report is generated.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel a request if it is still in "Pending" status. Once processing begins (usually instant for automated reports), cancellation is not possible.
